We ship to every state in the India, including remote areas where roads and transport system are available!
How much do you charge for deliveries?
Delivery Charges vary with time. Based on the shipping method you choose in checkout page, the Air Shipping is that fastest method for getting quick delivery of your orders typically within 4 days which starts from 130 to 200 (INR). We also provide surface shipping for FREE for all orders when used KASHMIR as discount code. However it may effect with time and may apply up to 90(INR) for each Kilogram of order weight. The shipping rate remains same on all domestic orders within the states of India. No international orders are accepted at this time. Subscribe to our email to receive shipping and discount orders.
How quickly the order processing gets initiated?
We initiate the order process within 2 - 5 hours of your order. However if it was Sunday or Saturday afternoon then the order will be processed on the next working day ( Monday ). If you order before 1PM, then there are high chances that the product ( bat ) will get shipping on same day. We ship our all orders at 2PM .
How would I get the tracking ID of my order?
We email the tracking ID as soon as the order gets shipped from our end. We also share the picture of the tracking receipt on WhatsApp ( if using on provided order contact number ). We also keep the close eye of our all shipped orders and update tracking status to our customers on their order contact WhatsApp number.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Your order should arrive in 3-10 business days from when you place the order. Orders received by 12:00 pm IST Monday to Friday will typically process and ship the same day. If your order has not yet arrived, please use our contact information to get the latest update.
What if I need to cancel a delivery?

What is your mode of shipping?
We ship all products through private DTDC or Professional Courier with fast delivery options and quick support. The products get shipped typically in 4 days with air shipping delivery option, however it may take up to 10 days in case of bad whether or any other reason.
What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
If you have received a shipping notification, please get in touch with us ( contact Page) so that we will contact the shipping courier and will provide you the same update. If there was any weather or else barrier for your shipping we inform you via email or SMS quickly as possible.
What if I’m not home when my order is delivered?
We don’t require a signature for our product deliveries. If you’re not home when your order is delivered, the package can be handed over to your requested person near to the shared address or can be delayed by contacting us.
